Job Description

  • Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
  • Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
  • Receive the shop drawing submissions from the Consultant and updating/editing them as required, and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
  • Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
  • Coordinate with Surveying Engineer to provide them with all the information about land and any site measurement requirements.
  • Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Projects manager and Engineering director for discussion and problem solving.
  • Report directly to the Engineering director for follow-up.
  • Full supervision of all projects and work sites of the company and follow-up progress in terms of efficiency and duration.
  • Quantity Surveying.

Job Requirements

  • PMP or IPMA Certification is a must.
  • A technical mind.
  • Experience in technical office and Projects management
  • Ability to supervise and guidance.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to remain flexible and calm under pressure and in the face of a tight deadline.
