Job Description
Main Duties:
- Follow up all Medical Cases in the organization to ensure the quality of the service.
- Responsible for registering the new hired into the internal database and send the concerned insurance companies and ensure they add them.
- Responsible for removing the terminated employees from the internal database and send the concerned insurance companies and ensure they remove them.
- Get approvals from the insurance companies for employees to help facilitate the service.
- Responsible for receiving and distributing the medical cards to the new hires and take it back in case of terminations.
- Collect sick leaves & other medical reports from employees and send them to the Head of Medical Insurance.
- Request medical evidence as per the insurance companies requests from employees.
- Coordinate between the Finance department and the Compensation section to return back the money to the employee in case of refunds.
- Generate the PRs and POs needed by the Human Resources Department.
- Make a report of all Critical Cases that needs to be added in the Exception Insurance Program and follow up theses Cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in administration , Customer Service in Medical industry is Preferable.
- Microsoft Office proficiency is a must.
- People Oriented Person Having a passion in Customer Service.
