Job Description
- Collect performance evaluation to extract the TNA Models.
- Distribute and assemble the TNA model and collect the required data to prepare the annual training plan (TNA-PA-Competencies matrix)
- Make a program to develop the employees (succession plan)
- Contract with various training centers.
- Follow up Summer training and internships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years relevant experience in Human Resources including at least 1 year in the same position
- HR diploma is a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel-Word-PowerPoint-Visio)
