Job Description
- Promotes the Specialty designated products in regular calls to the targeted HCP according to Takeda strategy and plan
- Ensures to achieve and surpass his/her plan and Objectives: by delivering requested daily number of high quality visits to HCP to his/her target list
- Ensures to deliver and continuously improve quality calls by rigorously implementing recommendation from the superior
- Actively and rigorously implements the sales and marketing strategy and action plan and strictly uses the promotional material
- Organize and conduct product meetings and round tables
- Continuously reports the activities with Field force effectiveness tools under the supervision of BU Head
Job Requirements
- Previous experience of two years as Medical Representative or Product Specialist in specialized field.
- Excellent communicating and networking skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Self-motivation , drive and initiative
- An outgoing and confident approach
- Presentable
- Has a valid driving license
- Fluent in English
