Job Description
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, data entry tasks, as well as answering emails. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Zoom.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes various fashion-related tasks
- Works closely with two supervisors to execute selling various items.
- Works to enter data for various clothing items being sold on dressbarn.com
- Searches for new clothing items to sell of the Dressbarn eComm site using Fashiongo.
- Works on transferring information from Buy Sheets to a google sheet for photoshoots.
- Works on transferring information from Buy Sheets to a database that helps generate purchase orders as well as creates listings on dressbarn.com
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completing purchase orders manually
- Any data entry or organization related tasks
