Production Engineer

Main Duties:

• Lead the shift in order to achieve production plan, and assure the compliance
  of the daily floor activities to the company’s certified systems.
  
• Ensure planned KPI'S of efficiency and performance are met or exceed
  overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
  
• Coordinate with other departments to overcome the abnormalities on
  production line.
  
• Coordinates production start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
  
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies, systems and processes
  
• Working out the human and material resources needed.
  
• Ensure prescribed line Preventive Maintenance is completed timely.
  
• Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS and 5S processes.
  
• Assess manufacturing operations staffing and skill requirements. Develop
  plans to address needs.
