Job Description

  • Responsible for handling all Administrative & clerical work efficiently.
  • Responsible for filing, organizing and assisting the CEO's office Manager in maintaining a tidy and updated meetings' calendar.
  • Assisting office Manager in making phone calls, follow up and coordination of board meetings and events.
  • Drafting letters, memos, faxes and emails.
  • Handling calls and digital messages.
  • Willing to work for extra hours according to the work needs.

Job Requirements

  • Entry level (1- 3) years of experience.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Multitasking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible
  • Result-oriented.
  • Independent and able to solve problems and initiate ideas
  • Ability to work under pressure and work for extendable hours to meet business needs as required
  • Can join immediately and/or within short notice
  • Lives in Nasr city or nearby
