Job Description
- Ensure achieving the sales target (volume& value)for the overall assigned area.
- Set and follow up on daily sales target and collection for each sub-area within his assigned territory, calculation of month end sales award, and perform year end performance evaluation for the sales team jointly with the District Supervisor and Distributor Sales Manager.
- Ensure business continuity and development through the ongoing operation of sales vans, routing compliance and coverage & visibility development.
- Conduct Induction program for the newly hired salesmen, execute in market training and provide all needed support to develop and achieve sales target in line with the organization strategy and culture.
- Audit and control the Distributor and sales van inventory on a weekly basis.
- Prepare all needed reports according to the agreed time-lines ( Retail/ Wholesale/ Category/ Competition/ others).
Job Requirements
- Business English level: Very Good.
- Experience: from 4-6 Years.
- Previous sales experience and solid commercial experience.
