  • Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance identifying and resolving problems , preparing and completing action plans .
  • Responsible for maintaining call center database .
  • Monitor and improve ordering ,telephone handling , dispatching ,incomplete & installation Procedure.
  • Oversee and ensure conflict resolution between associates and customers .

Job Requirements

  • 10+ experience in call centers - specially machinery or industrial sectors .
  • Engineering bachelor degree .
  • Proficient in relevant CRM/ERP application and call center systems.
  • Strong knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics .
