Job Description
- Handles all Event Management
- Responsible for daily follow up for internal services of the company
- Responsible for supplier’s correspondences
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Keeping diaries and making appointments for staff
- Arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
- Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
- Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
- Responsible for all administrative Tasks.
- Any other assigned tasks.
