Job Description
- Contribute across the technology stack, covering the Frontend & Backend development of web and native applications, as well as leading DevOps Operations.
- Oversee the selection of new features to be added to the system and warrant that all new features are of added business value and will enrich the system.
- Provide the management with periodic reports on the progress of the development showing weekly tasks per resource and percentage of completion
- Keep track of the latest technological updates and recommend applicable ones.
- Supervise the development team work whether directly or through the team leaders. job requirements
- Assist with architecture & system design efforts.
- Lead System architecture and scaling
- Give input into the engineering practices.
- Proper manpower planning to guarantee that all resources are efficiently utilised
- Use Agile practices and various software development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to implement user stories, write tests, and continuously deliver new / improved product functionality.
- Document new solutions as well as maintaining that of existing ones
- Work closely with the CEO to build and drive the success of the product
- Mentoring, Monitoring and reporting on team progress to the team, the SMT and to the CEO, ensuring any risks or issues are properly communicated and managed
- Interviewing and identifying the best talent to hire.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of Software development experience
- Excellent understanding of frontend & backend frameworks (ReactJS, Redux, NodeJS, Golang, html5, CSS).
- Strong experience of linux based systems.
- Strong experience of blockchain based systems.
- Expertise in Solidity, EVM, and smart contract design
- Familiarity with P2P networks
- Familiarity with Payment gateway infrastructures
- Experience building and deploying scalable systems
- Expertise on distributed computing, algorithms, cryptography, cybersecurity, consensus protocols and smart contracts
- Strong Experience with AWS technologies (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway)
- Bachelors in computer science/engineering or relevant technology degree
