About the Job
- Monitor the sales process inside store and ensure that monthly sales target are met through carefully monitoring the store operations.
- Assist in the hiring and training process of sales representatives and ensure that the needed knowledge is given.
- Constantly revise slow moving items and coordinate with purchasing to return, or otherwise suggest promotional offers.
- Ensure that the subordinates are constantly taking care of their departments and that no stock out occur.
- Supervise and evaluate their performance and constantly work on improving it.
- Supervise the financial operation with cashiers and ensure that operations are done in compliance with the company's regulations.
- Coordinate the daily cash with the accounting department.
- Constantly revise the stock quantity of the most vital products and make sure that the minimum quantity is in stock.
- Suggest any new items to the purchasing department.
- Ensure that the warehousing is in good shape in terms of quantities and arrangement with the assistance of the warehousing keeper.
- Inform personnel of the arrangement of items in the warehouse for easier retrieval.
- Ensure that prices are constantly updated and that all prices are visible to the customers.
- Preparing the store for audits at any time and constantly assuring that the quantities on the software matched to the physical quantity.
- Facilitate the auditing process and provide all the means for a fast easy audit.
- Gather contact details of all the customers and develop good relations with all customers. Ensure that the details are used to properly communicate with the customer and for marketing to the customers.
- Supervise the overall appearance of personnel and point out any flaws.
- Supervise the overall hygiene and maintenance of the store (Internally and Externally)
- Revise expiry dates of items and other conditions that might not be in accordance with the Egyptian laws.
- Provide any necessary reports.
