Approcks Seeks Good Calibers to join our startup in Egypt as Marketing Manager .
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Good Management and leadership skills to apply with Marketing and sales Team.
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
- Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly.
- Develop and execute marketing programs to promote the company's brand.
- Good knowledge and history of applied Business Development.
- Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations Graphs , Power Points etc.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
- Work Side by Side as key player with CEO , other Managers , or his team.
- Following up swiftly on sales inquiries and sending out information.
- Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
- Attending industry events in order to generate business leads.
- Present company products and presentations to suspected clients at their headquarters.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly target.
- Maintaining and tracking clients reports on CRM and directly communicate it with the Chief Operation Officer or CEO.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 2 to 4 years of working experience in Marketing and Business Development Field.
- 1 to 4 Years of Team Management Skills.
- 1 to 4 Years of Digital Marketing Skills.
- Experience In Digital and Software Services Companies
- Excellent English Command with high negotiations and presentation skills.
- Expert in Microsoft Office Solutions ( Word , Excel , Power Point ).
- Previous new business experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry.
- Proven track record of bring in new business and a natural ability to drive sales.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Multitasking self Managed person.
- Better to have laptop.
