Job Description:
- Configures, installs, and supports desktops, Cisco phones, laptops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, portable data storage devices, and other peripherals to ensure fulfillment of business requirements.
- Provided support for technical issues while visiting HQs and branches to ensure fulfillment of business requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures all aspects of Disaster Recovery (DR) are operational and tested in order to keep operations running smoothly.
- Acting as first and/or second line of support by being responsible for receiving and tracking tickets on the ticketing system, assigning them to a technical specialist to ensure that tickets are resolved and closed with the customer and on the system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; ideally in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems
- ITIL foundations certification or ability to obtain certification
- Enterprise Desktop Support technician on Windows 7, 10
- MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7 ,10
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows 7 ,10
