As a data-loving member of the team, you serve as an analytics expert for your partners, using numbers to help them make better decisions. You weave stories with meaningful insight from data. You make critical recommendations for your fellow team-mates in Engineering and Product Management.

As a self-starter, you relish tallying up the numbers one minute and communicating your findings to a team leader the next.

Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis for Wuzzuf/Forasna, focusing on product features and user experience.
• Design, run and analyze the results from experiments testing product features and improvements.
• Partner with Product Management and other teams to provide data driven insights that will improve performance and usefulness of Wuzzuf/Forasna.
• Work with Engineering teams to create data pipelines and reports to provides insights and provide business recommendations.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our data structures and metrics, advocating for changes where needed.
• Provide thought leadership to Wuzzuf/Forasna, translating data into actionable insights and supporting strategic business development, including opportunities for product, process improvement with a focus on driving significant business growth.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to predict, measure and interpret business trends and to inform business partner decisions.
