Job Description
- Develop the project organization chart and define the project team members.
- Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures in managing the project activities.
- Conduct regular site walk through with the site manager to monitor the construction performance with regards to safety, quality and scheduling.
- Follow up planning department for setting the project master schedule.
- Follow up procurement and material activities and coordinate with the head office if needed.
- Ensures all mechanical engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives.
- Typically reports to a head Management.
- Ability to work under pressure, commitment to implement the tasks defined, ability to deal with the companies and the need to create new markets for the time.
Job Requirements
- Must have good experience as a project manager (10-15 years).
- Must have good experience as a site engineer
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- Computer knowledge & good communication skill in English.
