Junior Brand Manager

Job Description:

• Implement the marketing activities plan for every brand I’m responsible for.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure achievement of plans
• Work with external parties; use their expertise to benefit the brands. (Advertising agencies, production agencies)
• Work with the factory on the current products improvements, new products development.
• the monthly presentation for brand’s performance along with suggestions to improve performance
• Align with the NPDs departments on a monthly basis
• Meet with the sales heads for suggestions and points of improvement.
• Organize and co-ordinate events to participate in with external vendors.
• Review our current performance in the retail audit system.
• Submit achievements reports on a cycle basis as agreed with the direct manager.
• Setting objectives on the PRD system according to the department and company objectives.
• Handle any additional assignment requested by the direct manager according to the business needs.
