Job Description
- Onboard new clients on the portal.
- Communicating with clients through various channels.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to clients’ emails.
- Keeping records of client interactions, comments and complaints.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform data analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree is a must.
- Advanced MS Excel Knowledge is a must.
- Ability to build a strong relationship with customers
- Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking
- A calm and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Familiarity with Fin-tech industry is a plus.
