Main Duties:
- Supporting functions.
- Monitoring calls & Floor.
- Answering E-mails.
- Provide coaching.
- Corrective actions.
- Receiving complains from all channels.
- Handling complaints.
- Provide Training.
- Reports & analyst.

Job Requirements
- Not less than 2 years experience in call center.

- Having strong writing skills (Arabic & English)
