About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Supporting functions.
  • Monitoring calls & Floor.
  • Answering E-mails.
  • Provide coaching.
  • Corrective actions.
  • Receiving complains from all channels.
  • Handling complaints.
  • Provide Training.
  • Reports & analyst.

Job Requirements
  • Not less than 2 years experience in call center.

  • Understanding of an Affiliate Sales Mode
  • Having strong writing skills (Arabic & English)
