Job Description
- Responsible for export documentation and updating shipments on ERP.
- Collaborate with various departments; planning, Sales operations and warehouse to ensure smooth process.
- Arrange with logistics, production, quality and planning departments for orders loading.
- Responsible for all inspection / audit process.
- Track due payments and coordinate with regional managers for clients debit collections.
- Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations.
- Ensures clients are informed of order manufacturing progress, transport arrangements and status on regular basis from departure till order arrival.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Handling customer quality complains and takes the proper compensatory action.
- Coordinate with marketing dept. to update the promotional materials of export product range.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce or a relevant degree.
- Relevant certification is preferable.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel package.
- Fluent in English language.
