Job Description
• Support our team in respond to online/live requests and inquiries from Clinics by following standards .
• Responsible for immediate reply to Live approvals to patients for eligible services.
• Ensure that all cases are answered within predetermined timescales and are dealt with the highest standards of customer service.
• Collect document& details needed by insurance companies take action, to make further follow-ups and corrective data as required.
• Providing a full support to customers service team.
• Analysis on high cost and complicated cases.( report to team senior for decision).
• Attending e-mails from companies or clients.( if needed).
• Details oriented & data entry skills ( how to get approvals from portals ).
• Analysis on rejected cases & how to take a corrective action.
• Daily shift report ( all cases status approved / rejected / pended) with justifications .
• Follow up on the previous shift’s/day’s pending cases through our team+ portals ( reporting ).
• Follow up auditing request for missing approval with daily report.
• Review the reports with the Approval senior and send .
• Monthly reports as requested by the team senior.
Job Requirements
• Preferable experience in approvals:1 To 2 Years @Medical/Healthcare career .
• Entry Level (Junior Level).
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree ( medicine or pharmacology ).
• Details oriented, Time management & Team-players.
• Males are preferred.
