Job Description

 

  • Responsible for achieving the target and delegating tasks and set deadlines for the employees.
  • Handling peak reached cases of clients in order to attain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that the branches are stocked with the necessary supplies and all equipment is working properly and maintained
  • Sustaining and providing coaching and training to staff members and new employees.
  • Set Timeline Plan Daily, Weekly, Monthly and quarterly to accomplish the target of maintaining high percentage of Harvest Filling Ratio & utilization.

Job Requirements

  • Outstanding leadership abilities.
  • Accustomed to adapting to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Adept at writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Familiarity with how to plan, implements, and monitor KPIs.
  • Proficiency in preparing and controlling operational plans.
  • Ensure proper training for employees to improve sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Adept at writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
