Job Description
- Preparing activity cost reports.
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank reconciliation are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare cash flow position of the company to complete the financial operations and communicate with the banks' management according to business need.
- All Financial report to Finance Manager (Monthly – Quarter – Yearly) such as (Balance sheets. - Income Statement -Cash Flow.)
- Aging report for all Customers and all Vendors.
- Cost Analyses - Over Head Rate for all products.
- Banks reconciliation.
- VAT Tax reports.
- Fixed assets reports.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
- Provide all the information and clarifications required to the internal and external auditors and work to facilitate their task.
