Job Description
- Prepare Monthly Charge back Journals for all Acquisitions.
- Support month end close processes including Reconciliations and Intercompany Analysis
- Analyze Inventory accounts, and provide necessary journals and analytics on Inventory including Cost Accounting Reports.
- Responsible for monthly analysis of AP, the supplier’s down payments, petty cash notes payable, and prepaid expenses.
- Review all accounting transactions and assure all entries are recorded correctly based on required approval, POs, allocated cost centers and GL accounts.
- Prepare & confirm accounts reconciliations with related parties & sister companies.
- Prepare trail balance & financial statements P&L, Balance sheet & cash flow.
- Prepare various necessary Reports .
- File monthly and quarterly Tax.
- Assist in preparing Yearly Budgets.
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
- Install, modify documents, and coordinate the implementation of the accounting system and accounting control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all laws pertaining to the operations of the business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required.
- 5-7 years of professional accounting experience & relevant real estate or construction experience.
- Collaboration within a real estate & construction environment required.
- ERP User is a must
