Job Description
• Prepares and develops the organizational structure of the company, explaining the units, the relationships among them, the distribution of roles, and the identification of administrative titles for the work team.
• Analyzes and describes the jobs based on the goals and objectives of the company and determines the appropriate qualifications to fill the jobs, such as the appropriate academic qualification and the duration and type of experience required.
• Establishes and develops strong relationships with training agencies and provides information on their training programs.
• Studying the training needs of the company's employees and setting and implementing the annual training plan.
• He prepares his periodic report that shows the company's performance levels and ways to address the problem of low levels of performance.
• Make a report for the director of the human resources department with the number of jobs within the company, as well as the departments and the names of the employees who occupy the jobs.
• Develop a training plan for the employees nominated for promotion.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- Gender: Both.
- Experience: 1 - 2 years in the same position.
- Previous work experience on ( JDs - PMS - TNA - KPIs ).
- Responsible for a performance appraisal and evaluation system that drives high performance.
- Location: Alexandria
