Job Description
- Develop and communicate positive employee engagement strategies.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, including corporate communications activities, to support corporate initiatives and implementation of new programs and efforts.
- Maintain relationship with internal stakeholders across each area of the business to create integration and alignment
- Establish and maintain performance measures to guide continual improvement and further increase employee engagement, satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
- Train stakeholders in brand messaging and voice.
