Job Description
- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and verify purchase requisitions.
- Maintain professional relationships with all key suppliers.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree.
- 4 - 6 years of experience as local purchasing specialist (FMCG background is preferred).
- Additional certification in the field of procurement is a plus.
- Very Good in English.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Oracle ERP User is a Must.
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Very Good in all Microsoft Office applications.
