Job Description

  • Baramoda is is agri-tech company focused on sustainable agricultural innovations, develops products that help farmers to maximize the efficiency of agri-waste management .

About the Job

  • We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Specialist  to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • You will be responsible for Build partnerships and communicating with Large agricultural companies ( B2B) ,Attending exhibitions and events

Responsibilities :

  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
  • Pitching our products and services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and partners
  • Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing and dealing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Developing proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Opening deals with B2B
  • Generating leads from NGO’S & Governmental institute
  • Follow-up for collection of payment

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field .
  • Minimum of 3 years selling experience within fertilizer, Organic fertilizer, and agriculture sector .
  • Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
  • An existing extensive network of customers
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Skill in prioritizing
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Excellent English is spoken
  • Good communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Computer skills
