About the Job
- We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Specialist to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- You will be responsible for Build partnerships and communicating with Large agricultural companies ( B2B) ,Attending exhibitions and events
Responsibilities :
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
- Pitching our products and services
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and partners
- Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing and dealing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Developing proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- Opening deals with B2B
- Generating leads from NGO’S & Governmental institute
- Follow-up for collection of payment
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field .
- Minimum of 3 years selling experience within fertilizer, Organic fertilizer, and agriculture sector .
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- An existing extensive network of customers
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Skill in prioritizing
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Excellent English is spoken
- Good communication skills
