- Manages, prioritizes, screens and monitors the managers’ correspondence, including calls, emails, post and fax to ensure they are dealt with appropriately.
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
- Prepares, revises and follows-up on expenditures, payments, procurement and financial reporting.
- Preparing invoices and liaises with the accountant for payable taxes.
- Keep track record for all issued Bank Guarantees
- Present monthly expenses reports to Managing Director.
- Type letters, faxes, and any required correspondences.
- Filing for all incoming/outgoing correspondences
- Compiles and prepares reports, presentations and/or personnel statistics.
- Establishes and maintains employee files, Cards.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies (stationary/ cleaning material).
- Supervise office boys team and direct their efforts.
Job Requirements
- Maadi Resident should be preferred but not essential.
- 2-3 Years of experience
