Job Description
- Handles sales buzz system in terms of :
- Coding new products in the system.
- Sets accurate pricing for the products according to top management approval.
- Follow up inventory transactions occurred by the sales team
- Follow up customers and sales representative’s receivables.
- Follow up sales representative’s cash collections.
- Settle received amounts on general ledger.
- Matches sales finance department and sales pharma general ledger to ensure that actual amounts are equal to the ones recorded in the system.
- Review monthly sales target for cash van sales representatives.
- Conducts Aging process to ensure accuracy of finance department receivables and send credit note if there is any shortage.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar position and preferable to be in FMCG company.
Skills:
- Very good Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Internet).
- Good Command of English Language.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, Team Player.
Location : Candidates must be living in 10th of Ramadan or nearby areas.
