What You'll Do:
- Our Customer Service Happiness Specialist support our customers by solving their pre- and -post purchase inquiries and helping them have such a WOW experience with our company that they can't stop talking about us to their friends and family -- but, this isn't your average customer service/virtual assistant job:
- You'll answer questions via email, live chat, social media and phone support
- You'll work with a team that is building a brand of unparalleled customer service around the world
- You'll answer customers questions about our products by delivering extraordinary service
- You'll contact potential distribution agents and Social Media influencers
- Overall, you'll work side-by-side with our customers to provide creative solutions to challenging problems
Job Requirements
What We'll Love About You:
- You've got initiative and self-motivation: You LOVE to put in a good day's work!
- You've got passion for customers and the ability to champion high levels of customer satisfaction
- You have 2+ years of customer service experience (but that's not the only thing you've done)
- You have an eye for detail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving are your bread and butter
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Your time management and organizational skills are off the charts, with the ability to work with deadlines
- You can type really fast (this is a must!)
- You have experience with Excel
