Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can thrive in a dynamic startup environment, demonstrate innovative thinking, analyze data and insights at scale, and above all else think every day about how to best meet the needs of our customers. The successful candidate will have a mix of business experience, and have the ability to work well with cross a functional team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects including Customer Service, Order Management/Logistics, Marketing and Technology.
  • Owns conversion and communication of sales goals into daily operating goals of product availability, fulfillment, and customer experience
  • Promote culture, drive, passion and high attention to detail in team members
  • Implement TOC methodology to identify priorities across projects and processes
  • Manage overall SLA’s, personnel, performance & discipline across organization
  • Establishing and monitoring clear management control, business communication and administrative procedures with the operations team to lower risk and ensure successful delivery
  • Recruit, train, on board and evaluate internal and external human resources
  • Ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to improve areas of deficient performance
  • Able to coordinate team across multiple timezones

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience managing projects and teams
  • Ability to handle and work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Should be very flexible in time and understand requirements of a 24/7 geographically distributed operation with different time zones and teams.
  • Successful record of scaling teams into larger implementations reaching goals and objectives on time with lowest attrition and friction
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • Ability to work with numbers and very hands on resource with excellent people management and motivation skills
  • Very good finance and accounting skills
  • Should have good knowledge about Quality, Training, WFM and other supporting workflows.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, capacity utilization principles and procedures.
  • Strong experience with business process design, implementation, re-engineering and optimization
