Job Description

  • Assist customers with routine account-related questions
  • Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other bank departments when necessary.
  • Research customer questions
  • Process necessary paperwork to rebate customer service charges.
    Verify information.
  • Perform customer requested research, including printing statement and check copies.

Job Requirements

  • Basic math, clerical and typing skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service
  • Ability to understand and retain product and service knowledge
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills,capable of tailoring communication to each unique situation
  • Active listener with ability to ask needed questions in order to clarify any ambiguity
