Job Description

  • Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with people including staff, clients and visitors at all levels.
  • Serve visitors and Job applicants by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Answer the telephone calls in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct office.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
  • Deal with bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendar.
  • Controlling meeting rooms reservation according to room capacity, number of attendees, meeting duration and providing needed equipment’s like: projectors, stationary.
  • Responsible for all office stationery/ supplies and maintain usage and stock level.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing.
  • Follow up on housekeeping personnel and ensure cleanliness is always maintained

Job Requirements

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Education: BA’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Experience: (1 - 3) Experience Years in a Related Position.
  • Knowledge/Skills: Time management. Excellent Presentation skills. Excellent Selling and Negotiation skills. Excellent Communications Skills. Excellent command of English language
  • Car Licensed: Own a Car is Preferable
  • Personal Requirement: Must have integrity, initiative, evidence of good health and grooming, good moral character and right conduct, strong and pleasing personality.
  • Job Requirement:
  •   Participates actively in organization-wide activities without hesitance or personal reservation. Can adapt to unusual job-related circumstances. Works effectively under stressful condition.  Willing to work extended hours to attend to emergency cases. Expert in dealing with clients.
