Job Description
- Provide excellent image of the company to clients.
- Conduct renting, buying and selling processes of commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and using different channel to contact customers via email, telephone, management referrals, social network and outside visits to open sales leads.
- Meet clients to study their needs and recommend most suitable properties for them.
- Present a list of properties to clients that meet their needs and financial resources.
- Advise clients on competitive market price of each property, mortgages and legal issues.
- Coordinate property inspection appointments and accompany buyers during visits.
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration and attend negotiation between buyer and seller.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Prepare documents such as presentations, contracts, closing statements, leases, and purchase agreements.
- Contact property owners and compile listings of available properties.
- Promote sales of properties through advertise services, open houses, and participation in marketing events.
- Review journals and websites to be up to date with the market.
- Send weekly action reports to sales supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in real estate field
- Good use of English
- Good user of Microsoft office applications
