Job Description
- Day shift: Sunday - Thursday; 7am - 5pm
- Design, build, rework, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all forms of tooling including dies, tools, gauges, fixtures and especially zinc injection molds.
- Timely delivery of exceptional quality (zinc) molds that meet exact customer specifications.
- Efficiently manage a team that designs, creates, and repairs of zinc injection molds.
- Work in partnership and collaboratively with the head of zinc die-casting segment to reach optimum output in regards to quality and quantity.
Job Requirements
- Preferably university level graduate with an Engineering degree.
- Minimum 5-7 years practical experience as Tool & Die Maker. Preferably zinc injection molds.
- Deep understanding of the designing and production of zinc injection molds that work in hot chamber die casting machines.
- Possess working knowledge of CAD/CAM programs. Deep and firm understanding Delcam Powershape and Delcam Powermill IS NECESSARY.
- Lots of exposure and an in depth understanding of CNC tooling and machining.
