Job Description

  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls& verifying information
  • Reserve & entering client information
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Confirm with the clients with the reservation date & details
  • Inform the determine departments about the reserved cases
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
