Job Description
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe services, to persuade potential customers to purchase service.
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for services.
- Explain services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
- Schedule appointments for sales manager to meet with prospective clients to attend sales presentations.
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
- Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers.
- Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or relevant field of study.
- Experience in Sales of IT Training Services is must.
- Female only.
- 2 to 3 years’ Experience in same position.
- Sales Diploma is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Negotiation & Persuasion Skills
