Job Description

We are looking for an executive secretary ( Admin Assistant):

  • Answering telephone calls and maintaining diaries.
  • Arranging appointments and taking messages.
  • Department's Email managing and daily post.
  • Typing, word processing and filing.
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (Agendas and taking minutes).
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Very good English R/W. Additional languages such as German, Italian and Spanish are preferred.
  • Quick learner and able to follow the system.
  • Has the true concept to upgrade herself and her position.
  • Active and self- motivated.
  • Team worker and co-operative.
  • Has the determination to achieve requested goals and targets.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Good-looking.
