Job Description
- Manage the delivery and implementation of the organization’s planning requirements.
- Working with Project Managers and Directors to deliver planned performance outputs to time, budget commitments and quality specifications.
- Developing, implementing and monitoring good management practices for the delivery, management and implementation of planning commitments to ensure that sufficient resources are allocated to planning activities for delivery of short, medium and long term commitments.
- Manage the preparation and submission of all clients' planning requirements.
- Maintain regular & accurate reporting to Senior Management, including Analysis and evaluation of progress, risks & performance measures
- Manage and liaise with colleagues to develop, implement and monitor strategies and plans required by or exist as a result of any planning permission or application, highlight risk and recommending and instigating mitigating action as required
Job Requirements
- BSc in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a must
- 18+ years of experience in relevant position
- PMP certification is a bonus
