Job Description

Our client is one of the top FMCG/Patisserie companies in Egypt and they're looking for a Personal Assistant to one of the Board Member with the following roles (Brief):

  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, accommodation and visas.
  • Supervising Office Managers & Receptionists' work flow.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Assistance and Administrative tasks.
  • Excellent English Language.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, Internet savvy
  • Excellent Communication Skills
