Job Description
Our client is one of the top FMCG/Patisserie companies in Egypt and they're looking for a Personal Assistant to one of the Board Member with the following roles (Brief):
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, accommodation and visas.
- Supervising Office Managers & Receptionists' work flow.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Assistance and Administrative tasks.
- Excellent English Language.
- Computer Skills: MS Office, Internet savvy
- Excellent Communication Skills
