Main Duties:

Collaborate with other software developers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-applications built in various technologies.
Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams
Participate in projects in JIRA and Confluence.
Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to a leadership team
Completed an information technology degree
Manage version control systems (e.g. GIT)
Maintain high standards of software quality.
Package and support deployment of releases.
Research and evaluate a variety of software products.

Proven software development experience in PHP (Laravel, Symphony or Zend frameworks).
Experience designing and building REST-based APIs.
Experience with Web UI development, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript (Angular,VueJs).
Comfortable working with GIT or similar revision control software.
Proven leadership and motivation skills. Strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informally.
Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with Agile Development and good understanding and practicing of one or more agile methodology
A love to learn and improve as a Scrum Master, always looking to bring something new and helpful to the team.
