Job Description:

• Will be expected to provide superior customer service and offer excellent advice for customers
• The position requires the ability to manage several on-going queries at once, as follow-up communications to provide additional details is sometimes necessary to make the sale.
• Maintaining punctuality on working hours through complying to start time and break times to ensure availability and optimum utilization
• Build a customer relationship/partnership through gaining customer trust to add value to the customer and ensure leading to a long term profitable relationship
• Maintain high performance through accomplishing assigned targets and Quality guidelines on the due dates to ensure achieving performance
