Job Description
- Support the in-house design team by coordinating and collating content
- Set up the materials and content for marketing campaigns and online activities
- Track competitor activity offline and online
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
- Oversee social media accounts’ layout
- Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to plan/strategy
- Coordinate the design, implementation and distribution (where required) of marketing material, both new and existing, print and digital
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Advanced written and oral English skills
- Competencies: planning & organizing, time management, attention to details, initiative, effective communication
