Job Description

Job Summary

  • Qanawat has a need for an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist for it's office in Cairo.
  • The person will be responsible of IT vacancies mainly and handling the full recruitment cycle.
  • Applying and consolidating specialist skills in staffing by utilizing, and implementing effective tools for job posting, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, job offering, and approving candidates in line with HR objectives budgets and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages the entire recruitment cycle in a proactive manner.
  • Works with line Managers across all business units to understand and determine their resourcing needs.
  • Responsible for sourcing the right caliber of candidates as well as screening and interviewing applicants to assess their suitability, using the best available recruiting avenues.
  • Conducting competency based interviews and short listing candidates.
  • Referring shortlisted candidates to hiring Managers, organizing interviews and managing the entire process through to offer stage.
  • Prepare contracts and offer letters.
  • Responsible for recommending, establishing, and implementing selection criteria and tests for various IT positions to ensure selecting competent and skilled staff.
  • Responsible for measuring and reporting response and effectiveness of jobs vacancies announcements in different medias.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures and new programs and services related to Human Resources.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Psychology with HR specialization
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Recruitment related role with specialization in Telecoms and IT fields.
  • Knowledge of Egypt Labor Law
  • Advanced interviewing skills
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (written & spoken)
