Job Description
- Communication with company staff, the MOH pharmaceutical dept as well as corresponding regulatory affairs responsible in international suppliers, in order to get the products that the company needs registered and/or imported or cleared as quickly as possible.
- Studying, and updating the government regulations and the different export regulations of all our 7 different suppliers.
- Keeping and updating the company documents necessary for import ( registration slips, quality control docs, registries, contracts..)
Job Requirements
- Preferably former experience with Import and regulatory procedures for Medical Device (Registration of medical device, getting Acceptance of Import, ordering from manufacturers abroad... )
- English language and computer proficiency (very good)
- Ready to work at the office in Heliopolis as well as at the MOH pharmaceuticals department in Manyal for meetings with MOH doctors at least twice weekly.
- Accurate with details, fast learning, organized, self motivated, reports on time, high communication skills,
