Job Description
- Accounts payable, follow the suppliers accounts, enter into ERP the suppliers invoices and payments
- Accounts receivable, enter into ERP the customers payements, reconcile the customers accounts
- Some admin tasks, attendance of employees, follow their expenses sheets, follow with company lawyer the documents needed.
- Follow with external auditors the requested documents
- Follow the taxes reports ( monthly and quarterly)
