Job Description
- Configure, design and administrate AD, DNS and DHCP.
- Implementation, Support & Administer Mail services (exchange server & mail filters) with excellent knowledge with exchange shell for monitoring and troubleshooting
- Configure & administer TMG Severs.
- Configure & administer SCOM, SCCM and WSUS.
- Manage and administrate backup solutions (veeam, backup exec, …etc).
- Administer & support SQL Databases.
- Develop new Reports using SQL reporting service
- Ability to design DR site for each service.
- Automate jobs & create new batches
- Investigate, Analyze and Solve Customer Issues and Errors
- Maintain High Level of Support for Customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of engineering or computer science
- 5+ years of Microsoft products.
- MCSE is Preferred
- ITIL is preferred
- Customer handling and Able to collaborate with clients.
- Strong Organizational skills
- Excellent English written and spoken
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously and Work under pressure, vacations and overnight if required
