Job Description
- At this position you will be pioneering the human capital recruitment, development, retention and Keeping EVERY one HAPPY! including yourself!
The Human resources pioneer is responsible of:
- For recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
- Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits.
- Direct and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization.
- With the management design and monitor employees training and development plan
- Monitor and rate employees behavior and performance.
Job Requirements

- A Great communicator in English and Arabic, to create forms, procedures and send employees communications.

- Have a good knowledge of labor law related matters, on term of contracts and procedures.
