Job Description

  • At this position you will be pioneering the human capital recruitment, development, retention and Keeping EVERY one HAPPY! including yourself!

The Human resources pioneer is responsible of:

  • For recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
  • Handle employee relations, payroll, benefits.
  • Direct and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization.
  • With the management design and monitor employees training and development plan
  • Monitor and rate employees behavior and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Well, you need to be a pioneer, someone who can discover TOP Talents, and bring us Great Hires!
  • You need to be a unique problem solver, to understand the true why and how
  • A Great communicator in English and Arabic, to create forms, procedures and send employees communications.
  • You need to be a multi-tasker who is ready where the company needs him/her, handle ambiguity and willing to work in a startup environment, because this is who we are!
  • Have a good knowledge of labor law related matters, on term of contracts and procedures.
